Our Services

Roof Inspection

Only a roofing expert can climb on your roof and provide the thorough, up-close evaluation that your asphalt shingles need. Not only can our expert roof inspectors examine your roof's exterior, looking for issues such as broken shingles or flashing, fascia or soffit issues, but they also look in less common areas of the roof to identify problems that may lead to bigger concerns. When our roofing experts complete the roof inspection, you'll gain comfort knowing we've thoroughly evaluated every inch and corner for potential problems and current damage.

Residential Roof Repair

Hail, wind, rain, heat, sun, snow and many other weather elements can cause damage to your roof. When there is damage, it's imperative that you call Omer Roofing for an inspection. Our trusted professionals provide expert inspection of the damage to ensure proper repair. We can handle any type of residential roofing repair need, whether you've sustained a small amount of damage or require extensive repairs. We do the job right the first time around, adding to your peace of mind and safety. We pride ourselves on quality work on each and every job that we perform.

Residential Roof Replacement

Roof Replacement is very common - in fact, you've probably seen roofers from Omer Roofing on your neighbor's roofs or around town. That's because most roofing materials are designed to last between 20 and 30 years, and although some roofs last longer than others do, eventually, they all need to be replaced. Some of the most common reasons people get new roofing systems include Age, Damage, and Upgrades. It's always best to find out if you can repair your roof before you decide to replace it. In many cases, replacement is the only way to go. If your roof is too damaged and is risking your home's structural integrity, or if there are multiple spots of damage in the roof that will soon compromise your home's integrity, it may be best to replace it.
